Trouble with Allegiant Airlines website

Hi from Australia,
I am trying to book flights from Idaho Falls to Las Vegas with Allegiant Airlines via their website.
I only cannot go onto their website. I keep getting this message.
"Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.allegiantair.com/customer-request-help" on this server.
Reference #18.c681093d.1450389351.4061d0ef"
Anyone else encountered the same problem? Does anyone know another way to volume this carrier?

You lot don't take a Las Vegas travel question, you have a computer question.
It'south obviously a server outcome per the bulletin.
Does Allegiant charge more than to make reservations by phone? Y'all might demand to call.

The AA website lists which browsers work and which may have issues.
They also take a link to e-mail customer care and instructions about what to put in the e-mail

Thanks for all your prompt replies. It obviously isn't a server issue at my end, hence why I thought I would ask on the Las Vegas forum given Allegiant operates out of Las Vegas. Thanks again.

Allegiant charges a fee to make phone reservations. Yous will have a very lengthy wait time calling them.

Wonder if part of the problem is that yous are attempting to access the Web site from OZ?
If comfortable doing this, get into the figurer's Os and change the location to somewhere in the USA, and give it another go.
I've had issues trying to access some Uk Web sites, existence based in the U.s.. In several instances, if I changed the OS to the Britain, I could get in. Just do non forget to change information technology dorsum, when done.

There have been several posts on Allegiant'south Facebook page nearly the issue. Apparently at that place is an issue of access from exterior the United states. At one fourth dimension the Allegiant rep said there was only 1 land that had access outside the US, but I don't recall which i. He also gave no indication when or if it would be stock-still.

"our website is currently merely available in North America and the Dominican Commonwealth. You tin withal telephone call our reservations center at 702-505-8888 to book flights, make itinerary changes and manage your trips. Sorry for the inconvenience. ^SP"
