    Smashing career ladder and federal benefits. Even though the grind is bad, if y'all do a skillful job with your cases you have the opportunity to help remove people who might non be removed otherwise.

    Immigration, especially at the asylum office is a horror show. In my experience most of the cases are fraudulent and yous volition not have much power to address the fraud. The interview schedule is quite a grind and y'all will generally be scheduled for multiple interviews a solar day, each of which takes hours. Depending on the supervisors, you may get lucky and not accept issues, you lot may become stuck with one who gives you problems and returns your cases for poor reasons. This job is not for everyone.

No one knows how to be on the same page in order to enact laws and regulation on the decision making process. I swear the Supervisors don't talk to each other and simply do what they desire. - You are overworked 110%. Your only task is to interview and that's it. You lot will be so burned out, you might have a mental breakdown. Yous'll be exhausted and hate getting up for work everyday only to sit in front end of your figurer and practice interviews and hearing people tell you harsh stories (but 85% of the time they are consummate lies and bought stories). Y'all volition detest it here. ZAR might exist one of the "improve" offices but information technology all sucks the aforementioned. I purely got into this job only to go into the Federal sector. I should take paid more attention to the reviews before I took this task but I wanted to be in the authorities and so I guess I got what I wanted.

You are mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted every single 24-hour interval and your daily sprinting for four months, 6 months and 8 months volition get you zippo.
